Workout of the Week – Garage Calorie Burn

This week’s workout of the week comes to you from my Garage!

 

All you need is a pair of dumbbells, a jump rope and a kettle bell.  If you don’t have a kettle bell you can use a dumbbell for the swings as well.

Set a timer for 25 minutes and get as many rounds as possible of:

-100 Jump Ropes

-10 Thrusters to Walk Outs to Renegade Rows

-10 Kettlebell Swings

Record how many rounds you get and beat that score next week!
