30 Pause Jump Squats

30 Second Plank

30 Wall Dead Bugs

NUTRITION CHALLENGE DAY 3

On the Third Day of Fitmas – Josiah Gave to Me…

Get 3 of the following foods in your nutrition plan today:

-Berries

-Sweet Potatoes

-Wild Caught Fish

-Spinach

-Cinnamon

-Tumeric

– Raw Nuts

-Eggs

-Tomatoes

-Broccoli

MINDSET CHALLENGE DAY 3

On the Third Day of Fitmas – Josiah Gave to Me…

Write down 3 challenges you are having in your life right now.

And then write 3 worse circumstances that you don’t have.

For example:

-You have a lot of weight to lose

Worse Circumstance: Paralyzed, Heart Attack, or Cancer

Why is this important?

Because happiness is often caused by realizing how good we have it in comparison to others.

DO THIS today 🙂

And that, my party people, is DAY 3.

Your homework is this:

1. Complete all 3 challenges in the next 24 hours.
