This week’s workout of the week comes to you from my Garage!   All you need is a pair of dumbbells, a jump rope and a kettle bell.  If you don’t have a kettle bell you can use a dumbbell for the swings as well. This Workout of the Week is an Upper Body focused workout that will push muscle growth and help boost your metabolism. We kick off the workout of the week with some hypertrophy work. We also will include some mobility work in between sets. Finally, we wrap things up with some metabolic conditioning! Recipe of the Week – Butterscotch Smoothie
